MASTER PLAN

The New City Paradise is expected to be spread over 20,000 Kanal, out of which 4,256 Kanal has already been approved by PHATA. The residential plots of 5 Marla (25×50), 10 Marla (35×70), and 1 Kanal (50×90) are available for sale with various facilities and amenities. All the basic and modern facilities would be accessible to these plots.

New City Paradise (NCP) aims to bring a versatile housing project that would offer a comfortable living and promote economic opportunities. The NCP is all set to be developed using the latest building and construction techniques.
